yesterday was my birthday and while my age doesn’t feel true, here’s some things that at ✨33✨ (hello manifesting numbers~~), I think are:

1. doing things with your hands let’s you meditate with your eyes wide open.
2. you’ll bleed all over people if you don’t try to heal yourself.
3. intuition and anxiety/paranoia only feel the same if you don’t feel safe.
4. putting your hands in dirt is necessary. see 1.
5. mold can grow with moisture just like flowers. careful what you’re watering.
6. time really does slow down when you focus on being present.
7. the rules are made up.
8. sometimes, you get really lucky with who you’re surrounding yourself with. and for that, I’m blessed.❣️
